Moots Routt-Kayser & Co-NAHBS 2016
Joe Kayser of Kayser & Co came to us with a very clear vision of what he wanted to see on his dream bike, a Moots Routt. After a quick phone call, he provided us with a very detailed overview of what he wanted. He wanted to retain many of the signature Moots aspects of the frame, like the bead blsted ti and etched logos, but apply his company colors and graphics. After some searching, we were able to find a an exact match to his company color. Then we reviewed the rendering he sent over and worked through a couple technical areas that needed to be adjusted. We recieved the frame straight from Moots and after we applied our finish, we sent it down to Studio Velo in Mill Valley, CA who built up the bike and hand delivered it to the show in Sacramento.
